- Develop and standardize the project planning framework to streamline planning processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead proactive process improvement initiatives to enhance planning and control processes and drive organizational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective implementation of planning frameworks and processes across the organization.
- Monitor project progress and trends, providing support and guidance to project teams as needed.
- Regularly review project schedules to identify inefficiencies and discrepancies and take corrective actions accordingly.
- Foster a culture of effective planning and risk management among project managers and team leads.
- Manage planning team resource allocation and capacity tracking, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely reporting.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to planning team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in engineering and project management roles.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software, such as Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and guide team members.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control processes, with the ability to analyze project costs and forecasts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively.
