- Drive the mindset of commercial excellence and direct the teams to strive for process and performance optimization.
- Increase optimization of time and resources through process improvement, with a particular focus on account management, inter-departmental operating systems and use of data insights
- Lead improvement efforts in productivity within the sales process and organization. Including improving average brand on-boarding, average category commission rates and tool adoption rates.
- Establish forecasting process, replenishment execution, simplification and standardization between industries and channels to positively impact outcomes in monthly performance metrics
- Act as a strategic partner of Commercial Leadership to provide business insights and defined actions, based upon interactions with teams and interpretation of data.
- Partner with category and channel teams to evaluate and improve functional processes from a data, tools and technology perspective.
- Identify and champion system and product upgrade enhancements for Commercial teams.
- Utilize knowledge of reporting systems, data and platforms to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the team to drive and adopt simplification, automation and standardization using Lean methodologies and approach to quickly produce and iterate.
- Understand business priorities and translate these into actionable plans with clear scope, milestones and success criteria.
- Drive collaboration and positive relationships between functions within Daraz in order to meet common business goals.
- Track progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks in order to launch initiatives on-time smoothly
- Troubleshoot all problems affecting the commercial value chain and ensure problem resolutions are achieved with a holistic business approach.

- Organized and structured mindset - ability to identify business gaps, requirements and propose solutions
- Education: Top Engineering and Business Schools
- Lean six sigma (Green belt) Or CSCP
- Experience: +4 years in logistics/supply chain or e-commerce is a plus
- Entrepreneurship mindset, results oriented
- Problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Highly adaptable to quick changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholder
