
Senior / Supervising Associate - Deal Specialist - MENA Pursuits Excellence - Karachi

- Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with firm protocols.
- Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, interdependencies, and key milestones.
- Facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and help craft differentiated win themes focused on client needs while protecting EY's interests.
- Develop compelling client-facing content including proposals, executive summaries, and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and support orals preparation and strategic messaging for client meetings and final presentations.
- Build and manage pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams, trackers, calendars, and status updates.
- Coordinate with creative services, insights professionals, and other internal resources to elevate proposal quality.
- Capture knowledge and lessons learned to enhance EY's pursuit best practices and tools.
- Apply and promote the use of AI-enabled proposal development tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Act as the “glue” of the pursuit team-keeping everyone aligned, engaged, and focused on the win strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Service Line, Account, and Business Development leaders.
- Collaborate closely with the Deal Leader to maintain internal updates, governance checkpoints, and leadership engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write in a clear, persuasive, and client-centric manner.
- Deep understanding of pursuit and/or business development environments.
- Ability to influence and challenge teams constructively to drive strategic thinking and quality output.
- Confident working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
- Creative, solutions-oriented, and adept at leveraging tools and resources.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership presence; works well with varying styles and seniorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Have experience in proposal writing and communications, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Be familiar with the MENA region's business culture and client expectations.
- Possess business proficiency in Arabic (a plus but not required).
