Performance Analyst

• To perform analysis, establish mechanisms to detect and mitigate reasons contributing towards any operational degradation.
• To design analytical models, study data patterns and conduct trend analysis to utilize a mix of contemporary and traditional data science methods to apply on both structured and unstructured data sets.
• To consistently identify and monitor how forces within the system can potentially give bad experience on any of the three sided marketplace
• Establish and work on unique strategies to grow our three-sided marketplace
• Implement scalable programs and best practices to guarantee a seamless logistics operation
• Use data to make decision to run tests on everything from optimizing driver efficiency to improving customer and vendor experience
• Lead with influence and work with our Operations, Product,, and Sales teams to guide strategic projects and harness opportunities.
• Be a leader who will bring teams together, moving in the same direction, accomplishing one goal.
• Analyze major cost drivers in logistics and potential future cost optimization avenues

• You must have a bachelors in STEM. An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in financial/analytics background would be a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL is a must. Python & R skills are highly preferred.
• You are expected to have at least 2+ years working experience in data analysis and operations management along with stellar quantitative skills.
• You must be extremely comfortable in working on Big Data with different stakeholders in the company .
• Effective interpersonal skills with a problem-solving aptitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
• You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop) will be a plus.
• You are the one who's well equipped to work both in a team environment and can own initiative.
• You must be adept at G-Suite.
