Reports to: Director HRObjective:We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous HR Generalist to ensure our operations in Ireland fully adhere to all local employment laws and regulations. You will be the guardian of our policies, the architect of a fair and positive work environment, and the key advisor on all employee relations matters.Key Responsibilities:Compliance & Policy Management:Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on Irish employment law (e.g., Workplace Relations Commission, Employment Equality Acts, Organisation of Working Time Act).Conduct regular audits to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and internal company policies.Draft, review, and update all HR policies, handbooks, and procedural documents for ACE Money Transfer Ireland.Prepare and submit mandatory reports to regulatory bodies accurately and on time.Manage and process employee suitability assessments, biannual, and annual reviews.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for all complex employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict resolution.Investigate employee concerns professionally and confidentially, recommending appropriate actions.Foster a positive, transparent, and respectful work environment by providing expert guidance to managers and employees.Draft and issue all legally sound employment contracts, letters (e.g., disciplinary, promotion), and agreements.Risk Management & Administration:Maintain impeccable, up-to-date, and audit-ready employee records and documentation.Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans.Provide critical support for planning and budgeting from a compliance and risk perspective.Goals & Targets:Achieve and maintain 100% compliance with all Irish employment legislation.Draft and implement a full suite of locally compliant HR policies within the first 6 months.Ensure a 48-hour turnaround time for resolving standard ER cases.Successfully pass all internal and external compliance audits with zero major non-conformities.Ensure all employee reviews and suitability checks are processed 100% on schedule.ACE Money Transfer:Powered by JazzHR
