Job Description : This position is responsible for the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and improvement of digital solutions, products, and initiatives for i2c, Inc., a leader in the FinTech industry. The Director of Digital Marketing will provide leadership and guidance on implementing digital strategies to ensure return on investment and provide a robust brand experience through a variety of digital assets and channels
  • Contributes to the development of the strategy, operations and on-going evolution and maintenance of digital marketing services across the organization
  • Provides leadership and expertise on digital strategy from concept, design, and work-flow, from implementation to launch on a range of digital platforms
  • Assesses the organization’s digital online platforms and develops an integrated plan and roadmap aligned with our organizational strategic plan and key performance measures
  • Analyzes online trends and leverage site statistics and performance to influence digital strategy and roadmap
  • Provides leadership and guidance on integration and deployment of digital marketing technology and platforms
  • Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to aggregate and integrate feedback on the direction, development, and functional implementation of digital strategies and tactics
  • Develops an on-going web, mobile and email strategy and executes the programs to increase member engagement
  • Negotiates and manages vendor and contractor relationships and agreements
  • Partners with third-party vendors to identify and apply solutions for integrations and website optimization
  • Develops the talent as required to ensure successful execution of digital strategy
  • Provide opportunities for team (as appropriate) to participate in cross training activities within the business unit as well as with other departments/divisions
  • Address all staffing issues (as appropriate) quickly and effectively to ensure and maintain successful team environment
  • Digital awareness – understands the digital ecosystem; has strong point of view on how brand is distribution and experienced through various digital channels; experience with applying digital Strategies to B2B complex buying environment
  • Resourcefulness – Overcoming barriers; finding solutions; attitude; solving problems; finding resources to address a challenge; responding to lack of formal resources
  • Managing Resources – Bringing specific support resources to impact marketing and sales campaigns; making direct contributions while gaining cooperation from third parties that can assist in revenue generation
We are looking for:
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communication; Master’s Degree a plus
  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience within the cloud-based technology and platforms; FinTech or Financial Services industry a plus
  • Technically savvy; proven track record in establishing digital marketing strategies and further deploying them for positive results
  • Track record of launching new digital marketing initiatives, substantially improved strategy
  • (SEO and SEM), with a measurable increase in brand awareness and new customers
  • Experience in successfully contributing to the development of a new e-commerce product or service offering, or supported the entry of the business into a new market; experience across platforms, including web, mobile and social
  • Knowledge on the latest technologies and trends including, marketing technology, cloud platforms and web services; expertise in content management, metrics, search technologies, online marketing mobile technology, responsive design and customer
  • Complete knowledge of all digital media, search, SEO, SMM, mobile, etc
  • Experience working with vendors and 3rd parties to execute digital strategy via tools and applications
