Then Sperton wants to hear from you.We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire) who can work independently, source globally, and deliver top talent across engineering, IT, energy, mechanical, consulting, logistics, and more — from Europe to the Middle East and Asia.The RoleAs Senior Recruiter, you will take ownership of end-to-end international/national recruitment, delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise, you'll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-quality candidates.What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle recruitment across multiple international/national markets like Norway, Germany, Sweden, Panama, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan and more.
- Source and attract talent across a variety of sectors:
- White Collar: Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), IT, corporate, operations, energy etc
- Grey Collar: Technical, skilled trades, field engineering, project management, supervisors
- Blue Collar: Technicians, machine operators, construction workers, and general labor across industrial and field-based sectors
- Use a blend of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, social platforms, global job boards) to target hard-to-find talent
- Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand workforce planning and talent strategy
- Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas
- You will be expected to adhere to Sperton's established routines, processes and systems.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on international recruitment
- Proven ability to deliver across multiple regions and industries, listed above
- Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments
- Strong experience with white-collar, grey-collar and blue-collar recruitment
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder interaction skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, sourcing tools, and internal systems
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
