We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand's digital presence. This role focuses on paid campaigns, content creation, community engagement, and basic website updates via WordPress — ideal for someone who’s confident managing all aspects of social growth, from copywriting to analytics.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
  • Plan and create compelling content — including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and short videos — in collaboration with designers
  • Generate high-quality written content and campaign ideas using ChatGPT and other AI tools to speed up content workflows
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and other platforms to drive engagement and leads
  • Maintain daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and actively respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights for growth and optimization
  • Stay updated with platform trends, audience behavior, and algorithm updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with product launches, promotions, and broader campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms
  • Use WordPress to update website content, upload blogs, and create landing pages for social media campaigns
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in managing paid ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite or similar ad platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and content planning skills; ability to use ChatGPT or similar AI tools for efficient content ideation
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Creator Studio
  • Working knowledge of WordPress — including editing content and managing basic landing pages
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed strategy decisions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with Elementor or other WordPress page builders
  • Basic SEO understanding (especially in relation to social and website content)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Exposure to community management or customer support on social media
