The purpose of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in HR/Recruitment and candidate communication, specifically supporting recruitment activities. This internship will be leading to Full-Time Job.Responsibilities:
· Monitor and respond to all messages in the PK Mailbox promptly and professionally.
· Reply to candidate inquiries and comments received through the company's official LinkedIn page.
· Receive and organize CVs from PK recruitment portals, ensuring accurate documentation.
· Upload CVs and candidate details to the Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with proper tagging and formatting.
· Maintain a clean and updated record of all applications received across platforms.
· Coordinate with the Recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams regarding candidate queries and follow-ups.
· Escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the appropriate to the team members.
· Assist in preparing weekly/ monthly reports on candidate flow and mailbox activity.Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Comfortable using digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, ATS systems like Workable).
· Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with candidates and stakeholders.Reporting Line:
