- Collect post-dated checks from clients or designated drop-off locations.
- Verify all check details: correct name, date, amount, and signature.
- Maintain accurate records of all collected checks.
- Coordinate with the internal team in Pakistan to ensure timely processing.
- Flag any issues such as incorrect checks or delays.
- Handle physical storage or delivery of checks per company policy
- Customer Support
- Call and guide newly approved clients about PDC requirements.
- Follow up with clients who delay or miss submissions.
- Resolve basic client questions and redirect complex ones internally.
- Send reminders via SMS or WhatsApp (in Arabic).
- Log all interactions and update call records regularly.
- Translate or draft messages in Arabic for internal use if needed.
