- Generate purchase orders and acquire company goods and services within approved budget parameters.
- Conduct research and engage with vendors and suppliers to identify optimal goods and services for the company.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, vendor contracts, and update as necessary.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Review all purchase-related documents for accuracy before submission to the accounting department.
- Track and manage order status, promptly reporting any delivery issues.
- Respond to emergency requests and expedite orders as required.
- Ensure all purchased goods and services meet company standards and compliance.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in the relevant role.
- Proven experience in IT hardware procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in relationship building and management.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of the market.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office software, with a focus on Excel.
- Possess good vendor knowledge and contacts in the IT hardware market.
