Procurement Executive

• Generate purchase orders and acquire company goods and services within approved budget parameters.
• Conduct research and engage with vendors and suppliers to identify optimal goods and services for the company.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, vendor contracts, and update as necessary.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Review all purchase-related documents for accuracy before submission to the accounting department.
• Track and manage order status, promptly reporting any delivery issues.
• Respond to emergency requests and expedite orders as required.
• Ensure all purchased goods and services meet company standards and compliance.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in the relevant role.
• Proven experience in IT hardware procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in relationship building and management.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of the market.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office software, with a focus on Excel.
• Possess good vendor knowledge and contacts in the IT hardware market.
