Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors from a reputable institution.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a Brand Executive role.
  • Eager to succeed, motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Must be technology savvy.
  • Have good understanding of Office 365 products.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a desire to offer great service to you customers and build strong lasting relationship, the chosen supplier of technology.
  • Must be able to plan and prioritize your own time and be self-motivated with the desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivering Revenue and GP in line with company targets and objectives.
  • Responsible for achieving your KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Responsible for finding new End User customers in line with KPI This is Imperative for growth.
  • Working with colleagues as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to all customers, across all technology products.
  • Responsible for the relationship with existing customers and delivering growth with these partners in terms of revenue, number of products sold and product mix, ensuring the company is seen as a trusted advisor and a specialist within the technology supply area.
  • Delivering both product and customer feedback relevant to support our business, understanding what is going on within the market currently and sharing with relevant stakeholders with our business.
  • Following up on relevant web orders, establishing if there is a greater opportunity to provide a personal level of service and introduce more products and services from the company.
  • Attending vendor training and personal development training as required, ensuring you are up to speed with the latest products and vendor portals.
  • Working with the Sales Director to pro-actively ensure we are regarded as an exceptional and valued supplier by consistently measuring our success and accountability.
  • Taking accountability for opportunities and training to develop skills, knowledge, and behavior according to the personal development plan (PDP) agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • Resolving internal and external issues promptly and professionally - escalating to the Sales Director as required for any support.
  • Preparing the weekly 5-15 reports each Friday and submit to the Sales Director for review.
  • Track you own performance daily, understanding where you need to focus to achieve your sales targets.
  • Update daily about your individual order tracker and submitted each week with the 5-15 reports.
  • Attend the Monday Sales Meeting each week, prepared and ready to discuss the previous week as well as the week ahead Your opportunity to plan and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Demonstrating strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the Company Business Conduct Guidelines.
