- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of NPI projects, managing complex projects with NPI managers.
- Allocate NPI projects to Brand Assistant Managers and ensure their effective delivery.
- Implement agile project management methodologies to ensure projects meet expected timelines.
- Provide periodic updates and analysis of NPI project status to senior management.
- Escalate bottlenecks to appropriate forums for timely resolution.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for all NPI projects with stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional stakeholder management to achieve core business priorities.
- Track NPI and brand health, analyze business performance, and prepare commercial brand dashboards.
- Attend Cycle plan meetings, coordinate presentations, and document discussions and action items.
- Foster team synergy and satisfaction, mentor Brand Assistant Managers, and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Identify lessons learned, share with stakeholders, and implement improvement plans with clear ownership.
- 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong proficiency in project and team management.
