Come be a part of this journey!BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR BRAND SERVICES ASSSTANT MANAGERJOB TITLE: Brand Services Assistant ManagerFUNCTION: Brand MarketingLOCATION: Lahore, PakistanROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThe primary responsibility of the Brand Services Assistant Manager is to lead projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables for the Specific Market in APMEA. This role involves ensuring the effective delivery of all new product initiatives by collaborating closely with the Marketing Deployment team and other cross-functional teams. The individual should possess the ability to quickly acquire knowledge about brand and product management for all SMP projects. Moreover, they should inspire trust, create a vision, execute the best possible strategy, and maintain synergy within the team and other stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Lead NPI management and advocate for the Brand NPI process to ensure the timely delivery of projects and activities within the product development/cycle plan, requiring coordination with internal and external partners to support the commercial vision for the product.
Develop and execute project briefs to facilitate product/packaging development, ensuring high-priority projects progress according to timelines.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively to prioritize core business objectives.
Ensure compliance with governance protocols related to product, packaging, and communications development (LEX, EMF cycle deliverables, IBG/RSU, RPC, Supply Chain & End Market).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the accuracy and quality of project briefs, identifying and escalating any project risks or issues for new categories NPI projects.
Provide support for SKU rationalization and Product Optimization execution, including FBS Waivers.
Oversee the management of Agency annual SOW and creative asset management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

3-6 years of experience in Marketing/Brand or Project Management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Project Management.
Proficient in Project Management
Strong organizational skills
Effective Stakeholder Management
Ability to foster positive relationships with cross-functional team members
Excellent time management abilities
Keen attention to detail
Capacity to navigate challenging situations and resolve conflicts.
Proficient problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and adept at relationship building.
Resilient, flexible, and dependable team player who prioritizes the department and company's best interests.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, & PowerPoint
