- Lead NPI management and advocate for the Brand NPI process to ensure the timely delivery of projects and activities within the product development/cycle plan, requiring coordination with internal and external partners to support the commercial vision for the product.
- Develop and execute project briefs to facilitate product/packaging development, ensuring high-priority projects progress according to timelines.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively to prioritize core business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with governance protocols related to product, packaging, and communications development (LEX, EMF cycle deliverables, IBG/RSU, RPC, Supply Chain & End Market).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the accuracy and quality of project briefs, identifying and escalating any project risks or issues for new categories NPI projects.
- Provide support for SKU rationalization and Product Optimization execution, including FBS Waivers.
- Oversee the management of Agency annual SOW and creative asset management.
- 3-6 years of experience in Marketing/Brand or Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Project Management.
- Proficient in Project Management
