Inbox Business Technologies, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems.As a Technical Support Officer, you will work closely with the clients to troubleshoot technical problems, provide guidance on software and hardware requirements, and handle escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Ability of root cause analysis of basic IT issue
Capable of task management and Customer handling
Should be well dressed as it’s a customer facing role
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements

Diploma in Computer Science or Graduation in Computer Science
2 to 3 year experience
Effective communication skills
Must be good in Oral and written English
