- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior members of the team as necessary.
- Document all steps taken to resolve technical issues in our support system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
