Someone who thrives on structure, momentum, accountability, and clarity.T his person will lead the internal team, manage all operations, and make sure clients get what they were promised on time, at a high standard, with zero chaos.We’re hiring someone who:
  • Gets It: You understand how creative and operational teams work together. You grasp the importance of structure, timelines, quality, and clarity and know how to lead people without micro-managing.
  • Wants It: You want to be the person who runs the machine. You thrive on accountability, are energized by clean systems, and love removing chaos from teams. You don’t need constant praise. You get fulfillment from things working.
  • Capacity to Do It: You have the experience, maturity, and skill to lead a team, run systems, track delivery, and manage people with calm confidence. You’re not guessing. You’ve done this before and can bring that leadership into Lab 8 from day one.
What You’ll Own:
  • Day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution
  • Leading a cross-functional team of creatives, writers, editors, and project managers
  • Building and improving internal systems and workflows (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
  • Managing weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand
  • Holding every team member accountable to clear outcomes
  • Communicating priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team
  • Making fast decisions that protect both quality and speed
  • Hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale
  • Reviewing performance data and solving bottlenecks
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:
  • Every client is receiving content consistently and on time
  • The team knows what’s expected, by when, and where to find everything
  • Internal systems are being followed without the founder needing to chase anyone
  • Deadlines are met, handoffs are clean, and approvals are smooth
  • Creative quality is protected, and nothing is slipping through the cracks
  • The founder is out of the day-to-day and fully focused on growth
