- Ensure delivery of quality education in schools through monitoring inputs - availability and standards of materials and staff - and by tracking students learning outcomes across
- Make important planning and strategy decisions: setting annual KPIs and performance expectation, and objective review of end results
- Implement and review operational policies and procedures: ensure regional and area teams are in compliance with SOPs
- Oversee implementation of technology solutions
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and auditing; manage financial planning and mitigation for the portfolio
- Build alliances and partnerships with government and other organizations for targeted network expansion
- Liaise with functional teams within the organization for efficient management of the portfolio
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are in compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization; evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Leadership: build teams, resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships Interpersonal and communication skills
