- Responsible for management and execution of end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to forecasting hiring requirements, marketing vacancies, head hunting, arrangement and execution of selection process, negotiation and relevant documentation
- Analyze the recruitment process, prepare and present the recruitment dashboards, recommend changes in the sourcing medium and implement changes by leveraging AI tools
- Develop and maintain network of contacts/profile database to help identify and source qualified candidates, e.g. online recruiting sources, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media etc.
- Ensure consistency in process compliance as per SOP and SLA set within the team and cross functionally across other teams as well
- Training, mentoring and development of associate resources
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either as in-house recruiter or as staffing agency recruiter)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS
- Familiarity with JD parsing or any other AI tool would be a plus
- Attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple requirements
- Sound oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical skills
- Excellent in coordination and organizational skills
- Quick thinker and able to work independently with minimal supervision
