- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are recorded when required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure timely communication and reminders to the executive for important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support in coordinating office activities, events, and team requirements as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Punctual, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
