The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day tasks.Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are recorded when required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure timely communication and reminders to the executive for important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support in coordinating office activities, events, and team requirements as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
