In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various technical positions.About the Role:We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executive.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive● Build a strong understanding of our business and ideal customer profile● Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead interactions in our CRM● Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategyRequirements● 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or related role (internships count!)● Excellent communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude● Eagerness to learn about our product, industry, and sales processes● Comfortable working US time zone hours (partially or fully overlapping)● Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for growthBenefits
