- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PPM Hub, ensuring that its primary function real-time TB case notification and direct data entry into DHIS2 is executed efficiently.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete entry of TB case data into DHIS2 from the Hub interface and monitor quality of cases flow and notifications.
- Coordinate closely with the DHIS2 Implementation Advisor to align case notification workflows and maintain consistency between the CRM system and DHIS2.
- Collaborate with the PPM Hub technical team to ensure that the CRM system continues to support real-time notification, follow-up, and is technically ready for integration with DHIS2.
- Work closely with the Data Management Unit (DMU) and MIS teams to support seamless data flow, real-time alerts, and system interoperability.
- Supervise Hub staff provide technical support where needed, ensuring they follow protocols for data capture, follow-up classification, and patient coordination.
- Maintain and update the PPM Hub performance dashboard, including daily summaries of patient notifications, successful calls, unreachable cases, refusals, lost-to-follow-up, and other KPIs.
- Share weekly updates with the DHIS2 Implementation Advisor and Data Manager on operational status, data trends, and CRM-DHIS2 integration progress.
- Coordinate with Sub-Recipients (SRs) and field teams for in-person follow-up of patients not reachable via the Hub or at risk of loss to follow-up.
- Document system issues, escalate unresolved technical challenges, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the DHIS2 Implementation Advisor and data manager.
- Actively learns about safeguarding and integrates it into their work, including safeguarding risks and mitigations related to their area of work.

- Encourages openness and communication in their team; encourages team members to submit reports if they have any concerns using reporting mechanisms e.g., Integrity Hotline and other options.
- Master’s degree / equivalent in public health, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Health or in related field.
- Minimum Five 05 years of relevant experience in digital health, health information systems, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in DHIS2 implementation, configuration, and support, particularly within health programs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with proficiency in the use of web technologies and applications, DHIS2 and other products and dashboards, statistical software and other standard office software such as Excel and Word are required.
- Have a good command of public health data, technical, analytical and development skill set.
- Experience of TB program and donor reporting is required
- Experience of conducting capacity building workshops and high-level dissemination events
- Individual with experience of establishing or management of call center operation will be preferred.
- Highly computer literate with capability in latest digital technology
- Experience working with an INGO will be a plus.
