In a nutshell, we believe in doing well, while doing good and know how to balance the two.RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Developer - (Angular + Java + AWS) with strong full stack capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern Angular frameworks and frontend technologies, combined with solid backend experience—especially in Java Spring Boot with other relevant stacks. The role involves collaborating with the front-end UI team to define and implement backend API contracts, ensuring scalable, modular, and reusable application development. Candidates with a strong understanding of microservice architectures, cloud infrastructure, and data structures/algorithms will excel in this position.Responsibilities
  • Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure that high-quality standards, including company engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, security), are met across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technology with business needs and influence technical decisions.
  • Actively mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Embrace a consulting mindset by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through innovative technical solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects
  • Engage in continuous learning of industry trends, tools, and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.6–10 years of experience in full-stack development, solution design, and cloud-based architecture.Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable applications using Angular (latest versions).Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.Solid understanding of RxJS, state management libraries like NgRx or Akita, and responsive design principles (Flexbox, CSS Grid, mobile-first).Solid understanding of frontend best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot (preferred); experience with C/C++, Python, or Go is a plus.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience in designing modular, reusable, and scalable backend code.Experience in Unit Testing using Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or similar frameworks.Good understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes (K8s).Powered by JazzHR
