Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Catering Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of coordinating events of all sizes, from corporate functions to private gatherings. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing catering services while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage catering operations from start to finish for a variety of events.Liaise with clients to understand their catering needs, preferences, and budgets.Design customized menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.Supervise food preparation, presentation, and delivery to ensure quality standards.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and event staff to ensure seamless execution.Manage catering staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure profitability of catering services.Handle on-site event coordination, ensuring excellent customer service and issue resolution.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance to improve future services.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.Minimum 35 years of experience in catering management or hospitality services.Strong knowledge of food service operations and event planning.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in catering software and MS Office Suite.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
