- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Oversee employee performance management and development programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs
- Develop and deliver HR training programs
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning and talent management strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
