The ultimate goal is ensuring company's HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment and remain cost-effective as well.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized input is needed.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Provide leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Work closely with Payroll and other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
  • Provide leadership and oversee employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervise the input of data and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate employee development and training activities.
  • Collaborate & communicate with HR teams if needed.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient utilization in the team.
  • Communicate directly with other departments and provide insights whenever required
  • Supervision of site HR operations in all aspects, including acting as first point of contact for employees regarding HR processes& polices.
  • Ensure all employee queries received via HR Helpdesk system or emails are dealt with in a confidential, professional and timley manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' degree or higher in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • 7+ years of proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
