- Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized input is needed.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Provide leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Work closely with Payroll and other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
- Provide leadership and oversee employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervise the input of data and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate employee development and training activities.
- Collaborate & communicate with HR teams if needed.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient utilization in the team.
- Communicate directly with other departments and provide insights whenever required
- Supervision of site HR operations in all aspects, including acting as first point of contact for employees regarding HR processes& polices.
- Ensure all employee queries received via HR Helpdesk system or emails are dealt with in a confidential, professional and timley manner.
- Bachelors' degree or higher in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 7+ years of proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or queries at the same time.
