Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume cold calls daily to reach potential clients (mostly UK/US-based businesses).Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the senior sales team.Research target industries and companies to assist in lead generation efforts.Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).Work closely with the sales lead on strategic planning, messaging, and campaign analysis.Provide feedback from prospects to improve service offerings and pitch.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in a sales or cold-calling role (B2B preferred).Excellent spoken and written English skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in speaking to C-level decision-makers.A self-starter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.Passion for startups, outsourcing, and remote team solutions is a bonus.What You’ll GetPKR 50,000 - 70,000 base + 50,000 - 70,000 OTE.5% commission - Avg Monthly Earnings of 200k.Opportunity to grow into a client-facing or strategic sales role.Ready to hustle with a team that’s building something big?
