- Sourcing candidates through various job-boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster etc.
- CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates and respective interviewers.
- Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Being on a constant lookout for talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Engage and manage stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure alignment and collaboration in hiring decisions
- Ensure compliance of recruitment procedures within the organization
- Uphold ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
- Bachelor / Masters in HRM, Business Management or Social Sciences.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in global technical recruitment in the I.T industry.
- Working experience with LATAM candidates would be a strong plus.
- Expereince with E2E recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation)
- Candidate must be professionally well-connected and willing to leverage outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
- Multi-tasking & go-getter attitude with high work ethics.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST
