You will work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting our hiring objectives.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with our company culture and job requirements.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.About you:Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in an international environment.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making.Here at Atheneum, diversity and inclusion is not just part of our culture, it is ingrained in our DNA.
