We’re seeking a Content & PR Strategist to strengthen our brand authority across the GCC and position us as a leader in Data & AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role blends hands-on storytelling with strategic media engagement — ensuring our voice resonates with enterprise audiences, industry analysts, and journalists.
The ideal candidate will own our thought leadership content, PR/media relations, podcast/webinar initiatives, and executive communications. They will also oversee external agencies/vendors to amplify our visibility across key markets. Collaboration with leadership, sales, and delivery is central to ensuring measurable impact on awareness, consideration, and pipeline influence.VentureDive Overview

Thought Leadership & Content Creation
- Build and execute a content roadmap aligned with enterprise GTM goals and GCC market priorities.
- Write and edit high-quality assets: thought leadership articles, op-eds, blogs, case studies, press releases, gated reports, and sales collateral.
- Support leadership in executive communications: speeches, interviews, LinkedIn ghostwriting, and event messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency and resonance across all content.
- Develop strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry publications (focus on GCC, MEA, and enterprise tech).
- Secure high-value interviews, press coverage, analyst mentions, and speaking opportunities.
- Proactively manage company reputation and crisis communications in alignment with leadership.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to maximize reach and maintain a consistent media presence.
- Own end-to-end webinar production (content design, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event amplification).
- Manage podcast initiatives via agency partners, ensuring quality production and enterprise-relevant themes.
- Repurpose webinar/podcast insights into blogs, clips, and thought leadership assets for amplification.
- Partner with sales/BD to maximize event participation impact through content and follow-up campaigns.
- Deliver sales enablement assets (case studies, solution briefs, decks) tailored to enterprise buyers in BFSI, GovTech, Telecom, and other key verticals.
- Work with campaigns/performance team to amplify PR/content through LinkedIn and retargeting campaigns.
- Ensure content and PR initiatives are tied to measurable marketing OKRs (brand trust, visibility, pipeline influence).
- Manage PR, podcasting, and content vendors/agencies; ensure deliverables align with strategy and KPIs.
- Oversee contracts, performance reviews, and collaboration workflows with agencies.
- Serve as the point of accountability for all external communication partners.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, or communications (experience in enterprise B2B/Data & AI required).
- Proven record of securing press coverage, podcasts, and thought leadership visibility in enterprise markets.
- Hands-on writing ability with strong editorial and storytelling skills for technical + executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing PR agencies, podcast vendors, and freelancers.
- Familiarity with GCC/MEA media landscape and enterprise tech ecosystem.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across leadership, sales, and delivery teams.
- Proficiency with content/PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, HubSpot, GA4, PR databases, CMS).
- AI-savvy: leveraging AI tools for ideation, drafting, and content optimization.
