- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
- Proactively consult with customers in an inbound and outbound effort to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business
- Capable of providing customized demonstrations of the RepairDesk’s product offering to prospects spanning a multitude of roles
- Thoroughly understand all aspects of the RepairDesk products to explain the technology to all types of users
- Be a crucial component of the sales process and work in partnership with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience
- Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/meetings/emails per day, and attending customer meetings on time
- Adhere to CRM practices and maintain its hygiene
- Follow the sales process and abide by the rules of engagement

- A bachelor’s degree is required; business/management is preferred.
