- Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to align with overall initiatives and achieve company goals.
- Close leads generated from active inbound, outbound, and marketing leads, converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations to local and global clients, manage pricing discussions within budget parameters, negotiate favorable terms, and successfully close deals.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and continuously engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Implement client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
