- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Stream Head to deliver high quality and robust sales channel performance plans (expanded to Carrier & International Business – C&IB).
- Learn the ways and techniques to keep the business plans and related policies go hand in hand, track progress against plan for all channels and product teams.
- Recommend ways, in consultation with team members and other stakeholders, to better support our sales teams by chalking out balanced incentive plans by designing & implementing clear policies aligned with growth objectives of the division (expanded to C&IB.
- Review existing policies and suggest transparent and effective sales channel performance mechanics and incentive structure.
- Understand and develop effective collaboration with internal team, sales channels, product teams and support functions.
- Provide proactive support to sales channels, fostering collaboration and addressing challenges with reference to sales planning and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of diversified experience in telecom/Tech.
- Strong knowledge about GSM, Cloud & Digital products, Fixed and M2M
- Experience in sales channel performance planning.
- Experience in Performance & Incentive policy design and implementation.
- Expert in numbers and possess strong analytical skills, develop business models and ability to interpret complex scenarios.
