We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile Development Lead with expertise in Flutter to join our team. As the Mobile Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and delivery of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative mobile solutions.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and delivery of Flutter-based mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and create technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions related to mobile application design and development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, trends, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise during the development and testing phases.
- Work closely with QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance of mobile applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on mobile applications to improve user experience and functionality.
- Provide leadership and support during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter framework.
- Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
- Experience leading and managing a team of mobile developers in Agile environments.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Flutter applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
