Software Development Lead

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with expertise in Python or NodeJS (Ideally Both).
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

• Lead a team of 2 to 6 software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Architect, design, and develop high-quality software solutions using Python and NodeJS.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
