foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide.Job DescriptionManage and scale a portfolio of existing corporate clients and proactively build and maintain strong relationshipsIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base by bringing new corporate customers onboardWork closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and promptly address any issues or concernsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of servicesUtilize Salesforce and Tableau to track and analyze client data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insightsActively engage in the collection and recovery of payments from corporate customersPrepare and deliver engaging presentations to provide business updates to both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and contribute to diverse projectsStay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate account management or sales capacityProven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfactionFamiliarity with Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
