We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong strategic mindset and hands-on design expertise to drive user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and visual design combined with the ability to guide a team and influence product direction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UI/UX design strategy across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-focused solutions.
  • Developing visualization of screens within a prototype framework.
  • Drive the design process from research and concept through execution and delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and design best practices.
  • Create and review wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Establish, document, and maintain design standards and style guides.
  • Advocate for user needs and usability through research, testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Proactively identify UX opportunities and contribute to overall product improvement.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience designing web, mobile, or desktop applications across the full product lifecycle.
  • 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and high-impact design work for web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Marvel, and prototyping tools.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects end-to-end and work with Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Deep understanding of Material Design, HIG, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to defend and explain design decisions.
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders or clients is preferred.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience owning the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research and problem discovery to delivering polished UI and interaction designs that ship to users.
  • Track record of driving impact through design, having contributed to measurable improvements in key business metrics at previous organizations.
  • Ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative user data to inform, validate, and optimize design decisions throughout the product development process.
  • Highly proficient in creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategy across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
