Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Trainee Network Engineer who is passionate about building a career in network engineering. Selected candidates will go through a 2-month structured training program covering network fundamentals, hands-on labs, and exposure to enterprise systems. After successful completion, candidates will be offered a full-time role on probation with career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
Support troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues under supervision.
Assist in monitoring network performance and security using standard tools.
Document network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with senior engineers to support IT infrastructure and internal projects.
Stay updated on networking technologies and best practices.

RequirementsRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged).
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switching concepts.
Familiarity with networking devices (Cisco/Juniper/MikroTik etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security fundamentals preferred.
Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, HCIA) will be a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
