
Inbound Sales Rep

- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
- Regions Covered: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC (APAC primarily email-based outreach)
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM 5 PM UK Time (Subject to a little variation)
- Compensation: Base salary + commission tied to qualified meetings booked and occurred.
