
APAC Sales Rep

- Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, business environment, and event participation goals.
- Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes.
- Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives.
- Manage all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development is required.
- Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- Bachelors degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role.
- Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
- Territory: Southeast Asia excluding China, India & Japan
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM 5 PM Asia Time (subject to variation)
- Compensation: Base salary + monthly lead bonuses
