• Proven experience as a productivity coach, performance consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of productivity principles, time management strategies, and performance psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their full potential.
• Familiarity with productivity tools and software applications (e.g., task management software, and time tracking apps) is a plus.
• Certified professional coach accreditation or training in coaching methodologies is preferred.
