- Work with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
- Lead regular project meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting action items.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of release management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Masters project management / MBA-MIS or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ project management /computer engineering from HEC recognized University.
- 5 to 6 years in managing IT and software development projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- PMP or other project management certification will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience using Click UP/ JIRA / ProjectManager.com will be preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, transport will be an added advantage.
