  • Work with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead regular project meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting action items.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of release management methodologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Masters project management / MBA-MIS or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ project management /computer engineering from HEC recognized University.
  • 5 to 6 years in managing IT and software development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • PMP or other project management certification will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using Click UP/ JIRA / ProjectManager.com will be preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, transport will be an added advantage.
