- Maintain close relationships with clients at all levels to identify, lead and execute transactions.
- Work with Primary Relationship Managers on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests.
- Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and services.
- Support the management of multi-product client relationships.
- Coordinate the sales and service delivery of multiple internal business partners.
- Proactively market clients and prospects and represent HBL Corporate Banking in the local banking and business communities
- Strictly comply with all regulatory policies and procedures.
- Effectively lead a team of corporate bankers to ensure meeting the goals of the organizations while delivering top of the class service to corporate clients.
- University Degree in Business/ Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in corporate banking or investment banking with atleast 5 years in the similar capacity.
- Relevant frontline experience of selling corporate finance /commercial banking products and services with knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, and other banking products.
- In-depth understanding of the Pakistan's Large corporate sector (including Public and private businesses).
- Excellent credit and problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills.
- Must be a Team player who can effectively communicate and work with product, coverage and support partners.
- Must be able to efficiently work and deliver results.
- Strong performance track record.
