We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with over 4 years of professional experience to work on digital platforms, specializing in web and mobile applications. This role requires to be onsite 5 days a weekResponsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web and app projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure project alignment.
Develop technical and functional documentation such as SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital/web/app environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Experience with working with JIRA
