We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate UX to help shape intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our global audience.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
1-2 years of UX expertise, preferably in mobile apps.
Portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and case studies for mobile projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of user research methodologies.
Familiarity with Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and game UX principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Passion for interactive media, or entertainment apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the UX/UI team to design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for mobile apps.
Assist in user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify pain points and improve UX.
Support the creation of design systems, style guides, and UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends, mobile UX best practices, and emerging technologies
Document design processes and contribute to maintaining a unified user experience across products.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design (After Effects, ProtoPie) or micro-interactions.
Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization in UX.
