- Lead initiatives focused on talent optimization to ensure our employees are engaged, productive, and developed to their full potential. This includes performance management, career path development, and succession planning.
- Conduct manpower planning to forecast future workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and develop strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Manage and optimize our HRIS to improve data accuracy, streamline HR processes, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on all HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
- Champion our company culture and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop reporting and deliver analyses of HR data
- Proven track record with extensive experience in TA and operations.
- MBA/BBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
