Position Overview:We are seeking a smart, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations across a range of functions including data analysis, sourcing & procurement, document editing, graphics design, and virtual coordination. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience with modern digital tools.Key Responsibilities:Edit, organize, and format PDF documents, reports, and proposalsConduct product and supplier sourcing for projects or e-procurementDesign digital content, brochures, and visuals using Canva, Photoshop, etc.Handle data entry and basic analysis in Excel or Google SheetsAssist in document processing, formatting, and presentation creationCommunicate clearly in English (spoken & written) with clarity and professionalismUse AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting, research, and summariesProvide general virtual support including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentationMaintain and organize digital assets and team foldersSupport with online research, lead generation, and coordinationCreate and edit social media or marketing content when neededAssist with basic procurement tracking or vendor communicationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension)Expertise in PDF editing and document formattingSkilled in Canva, Photoshop, or other design toolsProficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and online researchUnderstanding of sourcing & procurement processesFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Bard, etc.)Strong communication and follow-up skillsReliable internet connection and ability to work night shifts (Lahore time)Prior experience in virtual assistant or support roles preferredBonus Skills (Preferred, not required):Experience with basic project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion)Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)Graphic design portfolio or sample projectsExposure to sourcing platforms (Alibaba, Amazon, local vendors)What We Offer:Long-term, remote work opportunityCompetitive compensation based on skills and performanceGrowth in sourcing, graphics, and digital operationsSupportive and flexible team cultureNight-shift position ideal for late-night professionals or students
