We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Cold Caller to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to targeted prospects in international markets (e.g., USA, Canada, UK).Clearly communicate the value of products or services.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and lead statuses.Follow call scripts and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent.Ability to work night shifts (9 PM 6 AM PKT or similar).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and call software is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with international clients.Prior BPO or call center experience.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance bonuses.Growth opportunities and professional development.Friendly and supportive work environment.
