
RM Shift In Charge

- Lead shift operations for receiving, issuing, and storing raw & packaging materials.
- Ensure all transactions/GRN are accurately recorded in the SAP & WMS systems.
- Verify material availability for upcoming production shifts.
- Oversee FEFO implementation for all Raw & Packaging materials.
- Ensure proper segregation and storage of materials (e.g., allergens, non-allergens & temperature-sensitive materials).
- Monitor shelf-life expiry and stock rotation.
- Supervise loaders, forklift operators, and material handlers.
- Conduct daily shift briefing and task assignment.
- Train and guide team members on SOPs, AIB, GEHSMS and EHS procedures.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, 5S, food safety and EHS policies.
- Lead shift audits and report non-compliances to the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure PPE compliance and safe handling of materials.
- Conduct shift-wise stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Complete shift-wise tasks: Transfers, Pending entries, and Reservations.
- Ensure documentation of receiving, issuance, and returns.
- Verify batch numbers, Manufacturing date, Expiry on COAs, and packaging integrity and upload in QFS Teams folder.
- Paste Traceability label on all Raw and Packaging materials.
- Return all Inventory rejections and its end to adjustment in system.
- Liaise with production, QA, Planners and GP team for timely material availability.
- Coordinate with QA for material clearance and holds.
- Ensure communication of shift handover and issues.
Operational Controls:
- Daily checklists for receiving/issuance/Reservations.
- SAP/WMS system transactions should be completed within a shift.
- No Pending GRN all the time.
- Ensure materials' Batch traceability and its end-to-end reconciliations.
- Hold/quarantine/rejected materials should be placed separately in the hold and quarantine area with proper labeling.
- Random cycle counts.
- Ensure the Blind count sheet against each RMPM receiving.
- Barcode/QR tracking of materials as per WMS.
- Ensure Allergens and Non-Allergens and Temperature compliances in Warehouse.
- Non-conformance & damage reporting system within Shift or at least clear before the month-end stock count.
- Close outdated PO in the system and return PO posting in the system.
- Ensure proper execution of Monthly and Quarterly Stock counts with No variance.
- Maintain shift dairy and share Via Email with Warehouse Manager.
- Incident/near-miss reporting immediately to SP&L/RPM WH Manager and within 24 Hours to EHS with proper reporting.
- Daily pre-start-up checklist of all stackers review.
- Fire extinguisher & pallet racking inspection
- Forklift pre-checks and license validation

- Shift Handover Checklist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 4-5 years of warehouse/materials experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Time Tracks, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FSSC, AIB/FEFO, and warehouse safety standards
- Strong team, time and conflict management.
