By integrating advanced technology and data analytics, we help businesses enhance their security, reduce fraud, and stay compliant with regulatory standards.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, maximize revenue, and drive client retention in the UAE. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and create business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
  • Act as a customer advocate and liaison, ensuring client needs are effectively communicated to product management and development teams.
  • Prepare forecasts and progress reports to track sales performance.
  • Develop tailored solutions for prospective clients to generate new and expand existing business.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Initiate strategies for small, medium, and large businesses to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage time efficiently and contribute to team-building efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for existing accounts to increase engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with both active and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update client profiles to track interactions and business opportunities.
  • Meet daily call targets of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in the UAE.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A/O Levels or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fresh (0) to 1 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
